Eye for Fashion - Customer Case Study

Eye for Fashion, an online Polish retailer of elegant women's clothing, needed a faster, more reliable way to test creative marketing ideas and improve conversion across the customer journey. They partnered with Bloomreach Engagement, using the vendor’s Experience Cloud platform and tools (recommendation engines, weblayers and A/B testing) to run behavior-driven experiments and personalize on-site experiences.

Bloomreach Engagement analyzed customer behavior and deployed personalized weblayers and targeted banners—including On Exit, View Count, Cart Abandonment and Low Stock Notification—to guide likely buyers. The results were strong: the On Exit Banner increased revenue per visitor by 64%, the View Count Banner delivered a 45.5% uplift in average revenue per visitor, and the Low Stock Notification drove a 79% revenue increase on the relevant population and quickly generated an additional 11,000 PLN.
