Bloomreach Engagement implemented a gamified loyalty experience that calculated each customer’s year‑to‑date spend in real time, displayed a “remaining to VIP” banner on the homepage, and injected progress headers/notifications into email campaigns and milestone messages. An A/B test showed the Bloomreach Engagement solution drove an 11.03% increase in total revenue for the engaged cohort, with customers in the £100–£250 band particularly likely to move toward higher tiers.
