Washington State Jewish Historical Society, a nonprofit dedicated to preserving and sharing the history and culture of Jewish communities in Washington, needed an easy-to-use donor management system that could still track critical constituent and retention data while they searched for a website provider. They were introduced to Bloomerang through Firespring and selected Bloomerang Donor Management Software to meet those needs.

Bloomerang enabled the Society to centrally track donor retention, gift development, and constituent histories—replacing Excel files, notebooks, and sticky notes—and gave staff insights into donors they hadn’t been able to track before. As a result, Washington State Jewish Historical Society improved fundraising processes, better leveraged donor data to increase donations, and gained clearer progress and records for each individual thanks to Bloomerang.
