Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Bluegrass, a nonprofit supporting children and families, had to cancel a key in-person fundraiser due to the pandemic and had only six weeks to pivot. They wanted to run a virtual peer-to-peer event but lacked a fundraising platform and needed a fast, flexible solution to replace the lost revenue.

The event drew 29 participants, generated 131 donations, saw a 13‑year‑old raise more than $1,600, and exceeded its $5,000 goal by 122%, raising $6,125.
