Case Study: Mi Work Matters raises more with Bloomerang Fundraising

A Bloomerang Fundraising Case Study

Preview of the Mi Work Matters Case Study

Mi Work Matters had a successful golf outing and their staff and volunteers felt comfortable going into the event thanks to Qgiv's Customer Experience Team and resources found on the Help Desk

Mi Work Matters, a nonprofit that helps employees with disabilities find jobs in Wayne and Oakland counties, Michigan, needed a better way to add a silent auction to its golf outing. The team turned to Bloomerang Fundraising’s Qgiv platform, using it for its second year after a volunteer suggested the idea.

Bloomerang Fundraising provided onboarding, one-on-one training, and responsive Help Desk support to make the auction easy to run and manage. The result was a smoother event and a more confident team, with the golf outing raising about $30,000 total and roughly $5,000 coming from the silent auction alone. Opening the auction to non-golfers helped boost fundraising even with fewer golfers and teams than the year before.
