Lauren McCluskey Foundation Uses Bloomerang to Reach New Donor Audiences

Lauren McCluskey Foundation, created to educate, advocate, and research better responses to relationship violence and stalking, needed a better way to manage donor data and grow fundraising with a small team. The organization had struggled with data hygiene and duplicate records, especially as race registrations and donor activity increased, and it also wanted a more effective peer-to-peer fundraising tool. Bloomerang Fundraising, including Bloomerang’s Nonprofit CRM and Qgiv by Bloomerang, was used to support these needs.

Bloomerang Fundraising helped the foundation automate duplicate detection, improve onboarding, and streamline donor management so staff could save time and focus on mission work. The first peer-to-peer campaign using Qgiv by Bloomerang exceeded its goal, raised more than $20,000, and nearly tripled the number of donors involved. In addition, the foundation more than doubled race participants from 2023 to 2024, showing Bloomerang Fundraising’s role in supporting growth and engagement.
