A Bloomerang Fundraising Case Study
Catholic Charities Terre Haute, which provides food, shelter, youth programs and other essential services in the Wabash Valley, needed a more modern giving platform after their processor Acceptiva was rolled into Qgiv. They wanted to improve donor-facing branding and receipts, streamline form and event creation, accept online payments and merchandise sales for events like the Rubber Duck Regatta, offer easier options for drives, and feel supported while transitioning recurring donors.
They proactively switched to Qgiv and implemented branded donation forms, event pages, peer‑to‑peer campaigns, GiftAssist and reporting dashboards with strong customer support. The move boosted donor confidence and efficiency: recurring donations rose 45%, 31% of donors covered processing fees, merchandise sales and event fundraising improved, Fairs Cares raised 179% more after converting to peer‑to‑peer, and peer‑to‑peer events exceeded goals.
