BloomBoard helped the district implement the Associate Teacher Substitute Program, which allows participants to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Education on the job at no cost. This solution led to a 58% reduction in instructional vacancies in just one year, dropping from 139 to 59 open positions, and created a pipeline of 56 new educators committed to the district.
