Belmont University, a teacher preparation program, needed a better way to coordinate communication among graduate candidates, university supervisors, and methods instructors during clinical practice. Instead of relying on spreadsheets and scattered information, the university looked for a more efficient system to keep everyone aligned on candidate progress and development, using BloomBoard as the platform to connect the program.

BloomBoard provided a centralized place for observation notes, goals, resources, and performance data, giving instructors and supervisors shared visibility into each candidate’s work. As a result, Belmont could identify trends such as low scores in questioning and adjust coursework accordingly, while candidates received more targeted feedback and resources.
