MPS MediSphere, a provider in the aged care sector, approached Blitzm Design to build a new industry-leading medication administration and resident management web application. The challenge was to create a mission-critical piece of software that was both highly usable for daily care environments and uniquely innovative to stand out from competitors, all while ensuring compliance with new government regulations.

Blitzm Design worked closely with MPS to develop the MediSphere application through a comprehensive process including discovery, UX/UI design, and prototyping. The solution included a pioneering integration with PainChek® and a flexible User Access Manager. The successfully delivered system has been rolled out to facilities across Australia, resulting in more efficient and safer medication rounds, more effective workflows, and an intuitive experience that reduces training needs for temporary staff.
