Profuturo Group, a retirement savings funds company, was struggling with commission schemes that depended on the systems team for changes and relied on manual Excel calculations for some business lines. These limitations caused delays, errors, and difficulty covering all three lines of business, so Profuturo Group turned to Blitz and its commission automation platform to streamline the process.

Blitz implemented a remote, user-friendly solution in two phases that integrated the Afore, Pensions, and Sofom lines, added configurable catalogs, a rules designer, and custom reporting, and enabled advisors’ account statements to be generated automatically. As a result, Profuturo Group reduced monthly calculation time from 20 to 12 hours, cut scheme generation, authorization, loading, and validation times, recovered an average of 85% of overpayments across its three business lines, and reduced the time to configure new monthly schemes by 25%.
