Octane Lending, a fast-growing powersports finance company with teams in New York City and Dallas, was struggling with manual, fragmented IT onboarding and SaaS management. With up to five new hires per month and a two-person IT team also responsible for security and compliance, the company relied on Airtable and ad-hoc processes that led to missed notifications, repeated back-and-forth, and inconsistent access to needed applications.
