Troops, a sales collaboration tool, faced a time‑consuming SaaS management problem: CTO Greg Ratner was asked to build and maintain a comprehensive spreadsheet of all apps, users, costs and renewals while shouldering onboarding and offboarding tasks (about 55 items per new hire). To address this, Troops turned to Blissfully’s SaaS management platform to automate discovery, inventory and workflow management across their app stack.
