Tropical Smoothie Cafe wanted to raise awareness of its U.S. store locations while promoting a flatbread + side menu offer. To support this, the brand worked with its local digital marketing agency, Cardinal Web Solutions, which partnered with Blis and used Blis’s Path product for a hyperlocal digital store support campaign.

Blis delivered a targeting strategy focused on nearby consumers, driving strong footfall and engagement results. The campaign achieved a 0.76% footfall rate versus a 0.5% restaurant benchmark, a 55% uplift on the control group, and 36% of exposed consumers who converted did so on the same day; the highest conversion period was 2–3pm, with Saturday producing the best CTR.
