GE Lighting worked with Blis to reach shoppers likely to purchase GE Lighting products at the retailers where they were available. The challenge was to identify the right audiences in real time and understand how mobile advertising influenced shopper behavior and brand impact, using Blis’s Proximity & Path solution and OnDevice Research.
Blis targeted shoppers near select retail locations, across shopping areas and malls, and via retailer app moments, then measured impact with an OnDevice Mobile Brand Impact study. The campaign delivered strong results, including a 2.83% CTR for the Mobile Carousel Interstitial, a 25% engagement rate, a 64% uplift in foot traffic, and a 29% footfall uplift from proximity targeting versus 21% for the comparison strategy.
