Before using Blink, the company relied on paper letters, noticeboards, and garage memos for everything from shift swaps to urgent updates, making communication slow and cumbersome.

To solve this, Metroline implemented Blink’s employee app, using its messaging, feed, and Hub integration features to reach drivers instantly and connect to other systems. With Blink, Metroline introduced electronic payslips, improved engagement through regular comments and feedback, and was able to share critical Covid-19 updates with confidence that everyone would see them within half an hour. The company now reports 99% active users on Blink and says the platform has been a real lifesaver.
