A Blenderbox Case Study

NYC Mayor's Office of Food Policy improves food access with Blenderbox after 300+ user data points

The NYC Mayor's Office of Food Policy engaged Blenderbox to assess the impact of the Mercato Groceries2Go food delivery service. This program provided food vouchers to residents during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the customer needed to understand its effectiveness and how to enhance food access across all five boroughs moving forward.

Blenderbox conducted comprehensive user research through individual sessions with residents, which yielded over 300 data points. By cataloging and analyzing this data, Blenderbox was able to draw key insights and provide actionable recommendations to improve the city's service for this population, ensuring the program better meets the needs of all users.
