The NYC Mayor's Office for Economic Opportunity sought to modernize and consolidate the vast array of family services available to New York City residents. They engaged vendor Blenderbox to create a prototype application that would illustrate a new, digital future for family service delivery.

Blenderbox used a human-centered design process to architect and design a tool that captures a family’s needs and preferences for provider type, location, schedules, and language. The resulting prototype, Family Support NYC, serves as a vision to influence the development of new systems and modernize the experience for families seeking support.
