Lennar Mortgage, a Florida-based lender using Encompass, sought to offer a unified, modern digital experience that delights borrowers at every step and makes getting a mortgage as simple as possible. To achieve that goal they partnered with Blend to streamline and digitize the mortgage journey for both borrowers and loan officers.

Using the Blend platform (including the Blend mobile app) Lennar automated manual tasks, achieved 100% LO adoption, and sped decisioning—reducing application-to-approval time by 5 days and saving loan officers about 2 hours per loan file. The improvements drove a 5% increase in total monthly loan volume, a 42% higher NPS among Builder Channel borrowers, and faster cycle times (as low as 10 days), enabling LOs to close more loans and deliver a better customer experience with Blend.
