The results: application time dropped from 1–2 hours to about 27 minutes, 80,000 people used Purchase Affordability with 40% of pre‑applicants completing full applications, CSAT rose 20% in two years, and 70% of eligible loans now use eClose — demonstrating Blend’s measurable impact on speed, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
