Landmark Credit Union, a Brookfield, WI–based credit union with more than 400,000 members and $6 billion in assets, faced rising member expectations for fast, frictionless digital experiences while battling manual processes, siloed systems, and slow onboarding across deposit and mortgage products. To maintain primacy and offer a unified, customer-first experience, Landmark partnered with Blend, using Blend’s Deposit Accounts and Mortgage solutions and planning a migration to Blend Builder.

Blend delivered a single, real‑time platform and API integrations that automated previously manual workflows, cutting deposit account openings from as long as 11 days to about seven minutes and shrinking mortgage processing from up to two weeks to under an hour. The implementation saved Landmark over 9,000 manual hours, created a same‑session experience for members, simplified support with one vendor, and set the stage for further product expansion through Blend Builder.
