Case Study: First State Bank Mortgage achieves 98% Blend adoption with Blend Mortgage Suite

How additional training resulted in a 98% adoption of Blend’s Mortgage Suite from FSB Loan Officers and Processors.

First State Bank Mortgage, a mortgage lender at First State Bank of St. Charles, needed to drive stronger adoption of Blend’s Mortgage Suite among loan officers and processors. After implementing Blend in early 2020, the team initially used it mostly as a borrower application tool and wasn’t fully taking advantage of features like the LO Toolkit, LO Mobile, and the Agent App.

Blend addressed this by delivering ongoing customer enablement through virtual and in-person training sessions, plus regular refreshers for admins and end users. With hands-on support from Blend, First State Bank Mortgage improved workflow efficiency and expanded platform usage, ultimately turning off Consumer Connect so that 98% of applications now come through Blend.
