TCBY partnered with Blaze PR to resurrect a perceived aging brand and build fresh relevance while launching the Silk frozen yogurt line across all TCBY locations. The objectives were to generate excitement, drive retail traffic for trial and sales, and reposition TCBY as a contemporary frozen-yogurt destination.

Blaze PR ran in-store media tastings, sent influencer gift-card packages, organized a top-tier media tour, launched a Nutritionist gifting program (including Joy Bauer), and leveraged bloggers to host follower tastings. The campaign produced 71 million media impressions, sold out the initial vanilla flavor (prompting a fast-tracked line extension), earned a PETA award, and drove measurable store trial and sales lift.
