Blayzer Digital Marketing Group worked with Northeastern University, a Boston-based higher education institution, to improve its digital advertising performance. Using Google Ads management, digital advertising strategy, and reporting/analytics, Blayzer identified major issues in campaign structure, duplicate keywords and ads, and conversion tracking that was measuring site behavior instead of true application conversions.
Blayzer Digital Marketing Group restructured ad groups, updated nearly 5,000 keywords from broad match to broad match modified, added negative keywords and geographic bid adjustments, and implemented new conversion tracking for application clicks. These changes significantly improved campaign efficiency, nearly doubled CTR, and helped quadruple site traffic page views and sessions, while providing much more accurate conversion measurement.
