Wesco implemented BlackLine Cash Application with tailored configuration and onsite training, creating a single point of reference for applying customer payments. The solution delivered a 91% auto-match rate (85–95% for multi-currency matches), cut manual work, refocused staff on collections and customer relationships, and was subsequently rolled out to corporate headquarters.
