Enovert Uses Data Insights to Protect Workers and Mitigate Risk

Enovert, a leading UK landfill and waste management company managing over 2.3 million tonnes of waste per year, faced ongoing risks of methane exposure to workers across its sites. To protect staff and gain greater visibility of gas hazards, Enovert turned to Blackline Safety and adopted its G7c personal gas detectors and data-driven safety tools.

Blackline Safety deployed G7c wearable detectors and the Blackline Live portal to deliver real-time and historical gas data, allowing Enovert to spot trends, adjust operations, and proactively increase gas-capture rates. With 39 G7c units in use, the data-backed program has strengthened compliance and sustainability reporting (including to the Environment Agency) and supports continued generation of renewable energy that helps power some 75,000 homes.
