Canadian Environmental Law Association launches Drupal conversion in 2009 with Blackfly Solutions

The Canadian Environmental Law Association (CELA) was concerned about its continued use of the ActionApps platform for its website. The non-profit public interest organization engaged Blackfly Solutions to convert the site to a new system.

Blackfly Solutions converted CELA's website from ActionApps to Drupal, modernizing the HTML and CSS for a snappier user experience and a considerably improved YSlow rating. The vendor also implemented a custom module to handle redirects from old URLs, preserving external and internal links.
