Online Drop Shipping Company is a Dutch- and China-based multi-channel drop shipper selling hundreds of thousands of SKUs across brands, from handbags to wearable tech. With an inventory exceeding 100,000 products it became impossible to manage pricing manually, so they sought an automated price management and optimisation solution and engaged BlackCurve (using the BlackCurve Price Optimisation Tool) to address the challenge.

BlackCurve implemented a 3-month pilot on 6,500 products using Google Shopping data (with marketplace/vendor exclusions), its A.I. Engine for fully autonomous price optimisation, and API integration with the company’s backend. Over three months BlackCurve drove 22,000 price changes, delivering a 14% increase in monthly profit and an 11% lift in unique products sold month-on-month (250 new products sold); the A.I.
