Gfinity, a leading eSports promoter, needed a better way to manage its high-volume gameplay video workflow. Its traditional process slowed editing and distribution, limited marketing access to archived footage, and made it difficult to organize content for fan engagement and monetization. Gfinity adopted Blackbird’s cloud video platform to improve remote logging, live clip editing, and archive access.
Blackbird implemented direct SDI ingest, near-live and live editing, real-time logging, and remote collaboration for freelancers and internal teams. The solution enabled Gfinity to publish clips faster to Twitch and social media, reuse archived footage more effectively, and monetize its video library for the first time. Blackbird’s SaaS model also gave Gfinity a scalable, pay-as-you-use workflow.
