Envy Post Production used Blackbird’s cloud-based editing platform to support Raw TV’s *Gold Rush*, a reality series shot in Alaska. The team faced a major challenge managing more than 2,000 hours of footage across 22 episodes, with rushes taking up to two weeks to reach London and creating delays in communication, story development, and pickups.

Blackbird enabled overnight proxy uploads, remote access to media, collaborative logging, and rough-cutting in the cloud, with exports back to Avid for finishing. As a result, Envy cut the viewing delay from two weeks to a few hours and reduced file transfer time from 2 minutes to 10 seconds, while creating a scalable, browser-based workflow that required no extra hardware.
