Kaneoh, a Taipei-based product management specialist founded by former IBM PM Momday Dok, builds a full‑stack platform to help organizations bring products to market. As it moved from on‑premises to cloud and began offering standalone modules for multi‑tenant use, the company struggled to scale its in‑house communication features and meet customers’ growing demands for enterprise‑grade security.

Kaneoh integrated BlackBerry Spark Communications Services—completing the integration in about two and a half weeks—to add secure chat, voice and video, and enterprise‑scale infrastructure.
