SAIS built K Chat on BlackBerry Spark Communications Services, leveraging end‑to‑end, FIPS‑validated AES‑256 encryption for chat, voice and video and APIs that integrate directly into the CEM. Implementation was smooth; K Chat now strengthens the unified app experience, improves internal and partner communications, reinforces the company’s security credentials for sensitive industries, and will be offered as a standalone, security‑focused product.
