RSA Insurance Group’s Latin America division, which serves customers across Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Uruguay, needed a way to enable employees to use personal iOS and Android devices without compromising strict industry and country-specific security and privacy regulations. After a prior secure-mobile effort failed due to reliability and usability problems, executives asked IT for a simple, secure BYOD solution that would let staff access corporate email, calendar and files on the go.
