MoneyMate Limited is a specialist provider of investment product information management serving global asset managers from its Ireland headquarters with teams across the UK, US, Sweden and Spain. As consumerization of IT spread, the firm faced a growing challenge: employees wanted to use personal apps on mobile devices while corporate data remained secure, and legacy physical VPN tokens were unreliable—making it hard to mobilize international sales teams securely.

MoneyMate deployed BlackBerry 10 smartphones with BES10 and BlackBerry Balance, enabling separate, secure work and personal spaces on devices and virtual token generation for VPN access. The solution extended secure management to iOS and Android, delivered real‑time monitoring via the Rove console, eliminated physical token failures, reduced IT support overhead, improved user satisfaction and made it easier to expand and mobilize its global sales operations.
