YWCA Metropolitan Chicago, a 140‑year‑old organization serving over 150,000 women, children, and families annually, launched new leadership and forward‑thinking programs that outgrew its existing digital presence. To better market services like the Innovation & Technology Institute, Drive to Thrive partnership, STEM courses, and an online YShop, the YWCA needed a modern, easy‑to‑maintain website that reflected its brand and supported complex functionality.
Working with Blackbaud’s Web Design and Interactive Services, the YWCA built a fully updated site with custom locations and search features, integrated e‑commerce and fundraising tools, and staff training for backend management. The project stayed on schedule, delivered an on‑brand user experience with real community imagery, increased digital capability for programs and donations, and left the team confident and thrilled with the outcome.
