WildCare is a nonprofit that educates about human-wildlife interactions and treats wildlife—reaching 40,000 people and caring for over 4,000 animals annually. When their website failed to showcase their storytelling and had no integrated online fundraising, donation processing, or constituent database, the organization lacked a reliable channel to engage supporters and drive donations.
WildCare implemented Luminate Online to add integrated online fundraising, donation processing, and email marketing (evolving to a weekly eNewsletter featuring photos, videos, and stories) and is implementing Luminate CRM for coordinated multichannel outreach. The more compelling digital presence boosted hotline calls, patient intake, program interest and—critically—online fundraising grew every year after 2007, totaling a 498% increase overall with double-digit growth in most years.
