Washington’s National Park Fund boosts donations with new online giving form

Washington’s National Park Fund, a Seattle-based nonprofit that raises private support for Mount Rainier, North Cascades, and Olympic National Parks, needed a more cohesive, on-brand online donation experience that reduced donor friction and simplified campaign creation. After participating in an early-adopter program, the team sought a form that could appear over existing pages and feel like part of their website rather than a separate checkout.

They implemented Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT’s Online Giving donation form, which provided an intuitive, branded pop-up form and streamlined setup for visual, campaign-focused pages. The new form boosted first-interaction donor conversion by 18% and delivered nearly 40% more donations—including more first-time donors—compared with the standard form used in 2022, while also making it quicker and easier for staff to build consistent, on-brand fundraising pages.
