A Blackbaud Case Study
Landmark Christian School, a K–12 non-denominational Christian school in Georgia, was burdened by a paper-based admissions and re-enrollment process. Two staff spent over 40 hours compiling packets, the school paid about $600 annually for printing and postage, parents faced long lines on registration day, and entering data for roughly 795 students took three to five weeks.
The school implemented Blackbaud’s Online Admissions & Re-Enrollment, integrated with its existing Blackbaud systems, to offer online applications, pre-filled re-enrollment, and automated notifications. The change made registration optional, cut the registration window from 16 days to six hours, reduced data-entry time to 3–4 days, saved $600 and about 40 staff hours annually, and improved data sharing across departments and parent satisfaction.
