World Wildlife Fund (WWF), the world’s largest conservation organization, needed to replace several disparate tools with an integrated online platform to support advocacy and fundraising while syncing with its offline database. The platform improved sustained giving management and drove strong results: a holiday reminder boosted revenue 55%, a self-service card update drive yielded a 5% response, and the second email in a renewal series increased revenue by 79%.
