Hundreds of local UWs use Blackbaud tools (e.g., 43 on CRM, 28 on online marketing, 25 on accounting, 22 on peer-to-peer, 10 on data services, 9 on payments) to reduce manual work and better focus staff on mission-driven work.

Blackbaud delivered a tailored suite—Raiser’s Edge NXT and eTapestry for fundraising and CRM, Luminate Online and Blackbaud Online Express for digital engagement, TeamRaiser for peer-to-peer, Financial Edge NXT for accounting, and Target Analytics for data quality—that streamlined workflows, improved constituent engagement and reporting, and cut administrative time. Results include concrete time savings (about 2 hours/month, ~25 hours/year, from automated recurring invoices) and faster, more efficient operations for smaller UWs so staff can spend more time cultivating donors and advancing their missions.
