UCHealth, a Colorado health system made up of three hospitals and three affiliated foundations, faced a fragmented fundraising data environment that hindered its Grateful Patient program. With prospects spread across two Raiser’s Edge databases, multiple sites, and different screening processes, development staff struggled to quickly identify and prioritize high-value donors for rounding, follow-up, and campaigns.

UCHealth implemented Target Analytics’ Healthcare Patient Screening Solution with ResearchPoint, using WealthPoint ratings, Target Conversion Tags, automated screening, and dedicated consulting and training. The integration consolidated disparate data into one workflow, enabled fast, regular screenings of patient files (from hundreds up to 50,000 records), produced prioritized outreach lists, and streamlined daily development activities—resulting in more efficient prospecting and stronger fundraising performance.
