Two Ten Footwear Foundation is a long-standing nonprofit that supports workers in the footwear industry with financial aid, scholarships, mentorship and career services. Facing rapidly changing needs—most notably the surge in disaster relief after Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria in 2017—the Foundation needed a flexible, configurable intake system to handle altered eligibility rules and a large volume of requests.

By implementing online application forms and Blackbaud’s suite (Gifts Online, Raiser’s Edge NXT, Online Express, everydayhero) plus weekly team reviews, dashboards and automation, Two Ten centralized data and sped operations. The result: 90% of relief requests now come through the online form, processing time was cut from 4–8 weeks to about 2 weeks (roughly 60% faster), reporting and cross-platform data sharing improved, and the Foundation was able to scale relief and outreach efforts effectively.
