The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum Triples Membership with Blackbaud’s Arts and Cultural Solution™

The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum in Cooperstown, New York, has preserved baseball history and served fans and learners since 1939, drawing more than 325,000 annual visitors. As membership needs grew, staff struggled with fragmented donor management and accounting systems that made it difficult to track visits, support interactions, and provide consistent member attention.

By implementing Blackbaud’s Arts and Cultural Solution (The Raiser's Edge, The Financial Edge, The Patron Edge) and using Blackbaud Analytics to find new prospects, the museum created a unified view of supporters across all offices. Membership tripled from under 10,000 to over 30,000, direct mail response rates rose 56%, and average gift size increased 52%.
