The Langham Partnership is a global fellowship that strengthens church growth by improving biblical preaching and supporting pastors in the Majority World—having supported doctoral students, equipped nearly 10,000 pastors, and supplied over 20,000 books. Largely funded by individual donations, the charity needed to grow its supporter base (especially younger donors) and run limited-time campaigns, process direct debits and deliver personalized communications, but its existing database couldn’t support these goals.

They adopted the cloud-based eTapestry CRM, which provided a user-friendly, customisable system and pay-as-you-go pricing. eTapestry became their system of record with automated monthly exports to accounting, quick Gift Aid claims in HMRC format, integrated mass emailing with full logging, faster bank reconciliation (down to 90 minutes) and improved reporting and dashboards—delivering better cashflow, greater efficiency and stronger staff confidence, with plans to use relationship-tracking next.
