The Canadian Cancer Society Alberta/Northwest Territory, founded in 1938, works to eradicate cancer and support those affected by it. As younger, more connected generations emerge, the Society needed to engage digital donors while continuing to serve a strong older supporter base, unify online and offline donations, and avoid overloading constituents with irrelevant emails.

This data-driven approach improved conversion tracking and targeted outreach, deepened relationships across channels, and delivered a 569% higher value per usable email address versus peers.
