The Tallahassee Museum, a long-standing Tallahassee landmark known for living exhibits, nature trails, and local history education, needed a modern web presence that reflected its brand and improved the visitor experience. Its old site forced staff into time-consuming manual processes for membership renewals, event registration, and communications.

Partnering with Blackbaud Interactive, the Museum launched a redesigned site built on WordPress and Altru with intuitive navigation, online ticketing, and self-service membership renewals. Website hits doubled, event ticket sales and membership renewals increased, staff time spent on administration fell, and the resulting revenue gains have supported expanded conservation, education, and community programs.
