Solves Data Import Problems Using ImportOmatic™

East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) provides care and support for children with life‑threatening conditions across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk and must raise more than £5 million annually to fund services. The rise of online giving left EACH inundated with spreadsheets of donor information that had to be entered manually into The Raiser's Edge®, creating a slow, laborious process and lengthy delays in updating records.

EACH implemented ImportOmatic™ after seeing it at a Blackbaud conference and now uses it to import data from online giving sites, standing orders and its own website directly into The Raiser's Edge®. The charity now saves eight to eleven hours a week on data imports, benefits from improved data accuracy through automatic matching that reduces duplicates, and keeps donor information up to date instead of waiting as long as a month to enter it.
