Sarcoma UK is the only UK charity dedicated to raising awareness and supporting people affected by all types of sarcoma. After rapidly doubling the size of its fundraising team, the charity needed a scalable way to onboard and train new staff and to eliminate duplicated data entry between its finance system and Raiser’s Edge, which was wasting time and resources.

Sarcoma UK subscribed to Blackbaud’s Learn Everything unlimited training and engaged Blackbaud consultancy to integrate Raiser’s Edge with their finance system and implement Raiser’s Edge NXT. As a result, all staff are fully trained for faster onboarding, data now flows directly between systems, data accuracy has improved, and the charity has halved the time spent on data entry, delivering clear time and cost savings.
