The Eve Appeal, founded in 2005 to fund University College London's Department of Women’s Cancer, raises money for research into the prevention, detection, treatment and care of gynaecological cancers. As their supporter base grew they increasingly needed to import large lists into The Raiser's Edge®, a process that consumed many staff hours through manual entry and risked missed or inaccurate data that could harm future campaigns.

After discovering Blackbaud’s ImportOmatic™ at a conference, The Eve Appeal adopted the tool to automate bulk imports and ensure data accuracy. Regular use has cut import tasks from hours to minutes, reduced costs by bringing mailings and responses in-house, and freed staff to focus on income-generating activities.
