Reach Learning Disability supports people with learning disabilities in Nottinghamshire and in 2017 chose Blackbaud eTapestry to replace spreadsheets and paper records. The charity needed a secure, GDPR-compliant CRM to fix inconsistent processes, reduce donor drop-off, and gain the ability to analyse who was supporting them and where gifts were coming from.

Implementing eTapestry centralized their fundraising data, improved data hygiene and supporter communications, and made donor management and legacy campaigning possible. The platform’s dashboard gives quick insight into income streams and ROI, enabling more targeted events and saving staff hours; as a result Reach has grown its supporter base and now plans and reports with greater confidence.
